Aaram with Anjana

Namaste!

My name is Anjana Rajbhandary, and I am a Chopra Certified Ayurvedic Health Teacher from Nepal. Growing up, Ayurveda was a natural part of my life, woven into the fabric of my household. However, as I navigated adulthood and the stressors of modern life, I lost touch with these practices. When anxiety, insomnia, ulcers, and alopecia began affecting my health, I realized the need for change. I turned to yoga and meditation and eventually found my way back to Ayurveda, drawn by its simple and practical approach to life. This rediscovery has not only transformed my habits but also deepened my appreciation for life, fueling my passion for continuous growth and holistic well-being.

In our bustling modern lives, where constant notifications and the push to stay connected pull us in every direction, I lost touch with who I truly am. The endless activity left me feeling drained and never truly rested. I realized I had to prioritize time for myself to reconnect and rejuvenate so I could be fully present for others. I knew I needed "Aaram."

What is "Aaram with Anjana?"

"Aaram," a Sanskrit word embodying both rest and delight, perfectly captures the essence of true relaxation. More than just physical rest, Aaram emphasizes rejuvenating the mind, body, and soul, allowing for a deeper state of tranquility. In our fast-paced lives, rest often becomes passive—scrolling through screens or binge-watching TV. However, Aaram advocates for mindful rest, where one truly unwinds and restores one's full potential by making small positive changes. The word itself, rooted in pleasure and healing, reflects my mission to help individuals find genuine rest that revitalizes, enabling them to approach life with renewed energy and presence.

Through my Aaram with Anjana program, you'll learn practical Ayurvedic techniques to address these common challenges and improve your overall well-being.
